Year 2 have had a brilliant last week of term!
On Monday, we were thinking about ‘Angels’ and what ‘Angels’ might mean to Christians. We drew our own Angels and then listened to stories from the bible with Angels in them.
Tuesday and Wednesday, we looked at the moon buggy that Neil Armstrong might have used in 1969. We then looked at other moving vehicles and learned about axles, wheels, chassis and bodies of moving vehicles. We used these ideas to design our own moon buggies. We thought about its shape and what resources we would need to create it.
We loved fixing the wheels and seeing our designs come to life!
We can’t wait to take them home!!
